Joy Edgington

Joy Edgington has an amazing 25 years of quilting experience behind her. In 2004 she set up a local quilt group, which she ran for eight years, making quilts to support Project Linus UK. In 2011 she established Pastures New Quilting, to provide classes for all abilities. She loves sharing the experience of quilting with others and seeing their enjoyment as they learn new techniques.

Joy is truly a patchworker through and through and loves the way fabrics and geometry work together to make magical combinations.  She’s also interested in our patchworking heritage and looks for ways to match old styles with new techniques. When she’s not sewing she loves to read, crochet, bake cakes and, of course, plan more sewing.
