Rebecca Reid

Rebecca Reid has been working on some of the UK's most popular craft magazines for 25 years, covering home sewing, dressmaking, patchwork, quilting, embroidery, needlepoint, cross stitch and beadwork, among other things. She also ran her own business for a time, making soft furnishings.

One of Rebecca's first projects was a Mr. Bump toy, made from felt and bandaged with white cotton tape. It was a little messy but as a five year old she was immensely proud of it! Today she has a passion for up-cycling and refashioning, always adding a few extra flourishes for her signature quirky twist. She’s a self-proclaimed sucker for polka dots.
