Welcome to our Flower of the Month series!
Each month (on or around the 15th) we will be bringing you exclusive panels featuring that month’s flower. The panel includes all the fabric you will need to make it into a pretty cushion or tote bag, with a choice of two or three colourways
These kits are perfect for beginners or even a gift. And if you would like to collect all 12, they can be made into a gorgeous quilt.
The image to the right gives you an idea of how the quilt will look, with our first four Flower of the Month panels included – the Rose for June, Delphinium for July, Gladiolus for August, Aster for September and Marigold for October.
At the end of the 12 months we will have a kit with all the sashings and borders you will need to make the full quilt including full instructions.
October's flower of the month is the Marigold, the panel will be featuring on our 8am show on Tuesday 15th October.
Fun Fact about the Marigold: Ancient Christians used to place Marigolds on Mary’s altar as an offering, instead of coins, and that is where Marigold (Flower being Mary’s Gold, depicting coins) gets its name from.
